Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard's Subscription tab. Upon cancellation, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and your store will revert to the expired state unless you are within your free trial period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. We encourage all users to fully utilize the 30-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Order Cancellations (For Customers)
As a platform provider, we do not handle food orders or payments between end-customers and merchants. Any cancellations or refunds for food orders must be handled directly between the customer and the respective tiffin service provider according to their specific policies.
4. Exceptions
In the rare event of a billing error or duplicate charge on our part, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for a prompt investigation and resolution.
