2. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer a 30-day free trial for new merchants. Upon the expiration of the trial, you must upgrade to our Pro plan to continue managing your tiffin service. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our platform acts as a bridge between merchants and customers. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or safety of the food provided by merchants. Any disputes regarding orders must be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
